Free shipping is available for all online orders that are valued at $200 or more. This promotion only applies to purchases made directly on the website. Excludes products in the 'Medical Equipment' range. This promotion does not apply to products on the website that is 'Request a Quote' only. For any queries, please contact our customer team.

All website orders are processed and packed by our warehouse team at an estimated time of 3- 5 business days.

Dispatch of orders may take up to 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

We provide tracking details for all our online orders via email. You may check back at that email to get your delivery status updates.

• Our couriers do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
• Use of a business delivery address is highly recommended. If your delivery address is a non-commercial address then you must ensure someone is there to take delivery, because the couriers will not leave goods without a signature. If no one is in attendance when the courier arrives, they will try at another time, however this will incur a re-delivery fee and will also delay the delivery.

• Damaged goods:

If you encounter an issue with your order or an item has arrived damaged, you can contact our customer support team and they will guide you through the return process.

• Change of mind returns:

Please note that if you have ordered the incorrect type of goods, incorrect quantity or simply want to return your purchased items, you must contact us within 20 business days from the day of purchase to qualify for a return. You must arrange return shipping (at your cost).

DISCLAIMER: The returned items must be in original packaging and unused for the return and refund to be processed. We do not accept the return of any goods that are not standard stock items, this includes goods purchased on sale or on special.

Refunds are typically processed by our team within 48 hours. Funds (depending on your payment method type) typically take about 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
