Conmed bipolar cords are compatible with all Conmed Hyfrecator models. This reusable bi-polar cord is powered by digital one-tenth watt power incremental control in the critical 0 to 10 watt range. It is integrated with a remote control hand switching pencil to change power settings, while maintaining the sterile field, and decreasing procedure time. The Memory of this bi-polar cord is capable of storing up to 3 power settings. The cord is equipped with dual microprocessors to control output and functionality of the Hyfrecator and to terminate activation if a safety hazard is detected.
